Best diet for lean muscle mass or one day of a dumb bodybuilder life

10am you getting your ass up. You drink a big glass of warm water while you warming up your a cup of oats that cooked last night. With them oats you need some protein right? Cause you are trying to become a monster. So you boiling your self five or six eggs (for better results you throw away the yokes). No eggs? No problem, any builder should have some protein powder and i think you are one of them right? So you drop that scoop of powder to your delicious oats! Then get your ass to the gym n kill those muscles bad! After workout you can have some fruits like bananas with some trailmix or protein bars, or protein shake or aminos whatever you have on that day. After that you come back home exhausted and have a great post workout meal. You should have some rice or buckwheat with some chicken breast or fish fillet or pork or beef you can choose whatever meat you prefer with lots of veggies by the way. Never forget about veggies! Cause they are the key for your good digestion, for all that meat goodness! So you take this meal arond 3pm. Next meal should be the same around 6 pm and 9 pm. (For best results ease on rice or other carbs. And/or for 9pm meal make a 6-9 egg omelet with veggies "no yoke".) Before going to bed you always have to drink some Casein protein or eat some cottage cheese! Its time to go to sleep boy, its time to GROW!! ( for best results when you wake up at night to go to the bathroom, drink some more of that Casein!!!) Just be prepared and take food with you wherever you go, so you don't let those gains abandoned you! Piece
